Job Description

The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces. This role ensures that kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized to support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and workstations. Dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures as per hotel policies. Ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies and equipment. Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean tools and workspaces. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:



Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
