We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Organize and store food items properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Support the team during busy service times.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
