: Kitchen Helper & Dishwasher

Location: Oxygen Palolem, Goa

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: Executive Chef/Sous Chef

Role Summary:

The Kitchen Helper and Dishwasher will support the kitchen by performing cleaning duties, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards. This is a vital role to ensure smooth kitchen operations and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Helper:
• Assist with food preparation tasks (chopping, peeling, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Organize kitchen areas and stock ingredients.
• Handle garbage disposal.
• Dishwasher:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.
• Clean kitchen equipment as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 0-1 year; no formal culinary experience required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
