Kitchen Designer (Modular Kitchens, Inside Sales, and Cell Handling)



We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and selling modular kitchens, handling inside sales, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Design:

• Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget.

• Create detailed 3D designs using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc.) to visualize the final kitchen layout.

• Consider factors like ergonomics, aesthetics, storage solutions, and appliance compatibility.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in kitchen design.

• Inside Sales:

• Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Provide product information and pricing details to potential customers.

• Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.

• Close sales deals and ensure timely order processing.

• Cell Handling:

• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.

• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies and address challenges.

• Project Management:

• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, projects, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen design and sales.

• Strong understanding of modular kitchen concepts, materials, and finishes.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
