We are looking for a Modular Kitchen Designer and Sales Specialist to join H2H Kitchen & Wardrobes . Role & Responsibilities :

• Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Engage with architects and interior designers to introduce them to our modular kitchen offerings.
• Understand client needs, translating them into personalised modular kitchen designs.
• Create presentations and detailed working drawings.
• Effectively present kitchen designs to clients and close deals.
• Compare various design alternatives and recommend the best solutions.
• Coordinate with the production facility for accurate ordering and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with the site supervisor to ensure pre-installation work is on track.
• Visit Site during execution, ensuring client satisfaction with the installation process.
• Manage client relations, project operations, and overall coordination from sales to execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Create innovative and space-efficient kitchen designs using 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Proficient in Hindi and English.
• Ability to create and manage MIS reports.
• Professional, with a focus on sales, client satisfaction, and project management.
