• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Ensure proper portion control, waste reduction, and cost management.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve current offerings.
• Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment, fostering teamwork and motivation.
• Handle special dietary requests and customer preferences when applicable.
