Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our small burger joint. The ideal candidate must be able to follow instructions, maintain a clean workspace, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

### Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation : Assist in basic food preparation tasks (chopping, portioning, preparing ingredients).

- Cooking Support : Help the kitchen team with cooking tasks such as grilling burgers, frying, and assembling orders.

- Kitchen SOP Adherence : Learn and follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food handling, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

- Cleaning and Maintenance : Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment.

- Inventory Check : Assist in checking and restocking ingredients as needed.

- Order Assistance : Assist in preparing and packaging orders for customers.

### Requirements:

- English Literacy : Must be able to read and understand English to follow instructions, recipes, and kitchen SOPs.

- Willingness to Learn : Ability to study and follow detailed kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines.

- Team Player : Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Physical Stamina : Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

### Skills:

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
