Retail Sales Associate - Ayurvedic Skincare Location: elementsmall Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are an Ayurvedic skincare brand committed to providing natural and effective skincare solutions. Our kiosk offers a range of high-quality herbal products that customers can try before purchasing. ### Job Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. - Understand customer skin concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic skincare products. - Conduct product trials at the counter to help customers experience the benefits. - Explain product ingredients, benefits, and usage to potential buyers. - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. - Maintain kiosk cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. - Process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash/card payments. - Encourage customers to leave reviews and provide feedback. - Distribute and explain promotional vouchers and discounts. - Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits. ### Requirements: - Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for Ayurveda, skincare, and natural products. - Ability to persuade and convert walk-in customers into buyers. - Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling payments. - Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. ### Perks & Benefits: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Free training on Ayurvedic skincare and product knowledge. - Employee discounts on products. - Growth opportunities as we expand.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
