Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Kiosk Attendant. In this role, you will ensure smooth operation , safety and comfort of passengers booking the App-cabs from Airport while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be adaptable to various situations, and have a strong commitment to passenger safety.
Responsibilities:
• Greet passengers and guide them to their booked vehicles.
• Ensure smooth booking and on boarding experience.
• Assist passengers during any a foreseen situations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the drivers to ensure smooth operation.
• Stay up-to-date with company procedures and policies.
• Provide special assistance to elderly or disabled passengers.
Requirements:
• Preferably certified in Aviation or Hospitality Management.
• Previous experience in Airport Customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and conflict situations
• Fluent in English /Hindi/Telugu.
• Physically fit, Pleasant personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
