Kingfish Logistics is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth logistics experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities :Customer Service :- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and logistics solutions.- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.Order Management :- Process orders, track shipments, and provide customers with real-time updates.- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.- Manage returns and exchanges as per company policies.Documentation and Reporting :- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer support activities.- Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company standards.
