Job Description

:

A Kindergarten Teacher plays a vital role in the early development of children by creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners can grow emotionally, socially, and academically. They introduce basic concepts in literacy, numeracy, and social skills through play-based and interactive methods, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development.

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student growth.

- Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behavior.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

- Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage young children with care and understanding.

- Passion for teaching and child development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
