Position Overview: A Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children, typically aged 4-6 years, in a kindergarten or preschool setting. The primary role of a Kindergarten Teacher is to facilitate the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning:
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote cognitive and social development.
• Integrate a variety of subjects, such as math, language arts, science, and arts, into daily lessons.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
Classroom Management:
• Create a well-organized and welcoming classroom environment.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages cooperation and respect among students.
Individualized Instruction:
• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.

Communication:
