Responsibilities

• Observing and guiding children with their learning needs
• Gathering resource materials and developing lesson plans
• Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better
• Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children
• Tracking students' progress and maintaining a report on the same
• Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities
• Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
• Coordinating and collaborating with other Teachers to develop lesson plans
• Communicating students' progress with their parents
• Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree
• Holding Montessori training and certification from a reputed institute
• Proven work experience as a Montessori Teacher, Teacher, or a similar role in the Educationdepartment
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Displaying a warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities
• Ability to stand for long hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,469.02 - ?40,427.90 per month
