Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.

• Classroom Management:

• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean classroom.

• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive atmosphere.

• Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

• Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress.

• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student development.

• Use assessment data to adapt teaching strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians.

• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

• Professional Development:

• Montessori or Diploma in Elementary Education qualification required
