This position is located under Business solutions pillar incharge of global architecture of Alstom IT Solutions as well as deploying & Maintaining it. With Business Solutions, the operations Director oversees the Operations tower. The Business operations tower is divided into 3 streams: Purchasing & Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain. You will report to Head of Supply-Chain Solutions in this organization. Logistics & Planning domain are part of Supply chain stream. You will mainly contribute to Alstom Kinaxis core model implementation/enhancement/rollout program. This position is based in Bangalore.You will join an international team and collaborate actively with many different stakeholders (key users, regional process expert, Business process owner, solutions experts from all IS&T towers, Support teams, data et development factory). English language in a multicultural environment is a must.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:OVERALL :The Kinaxis solution Specialist role is to ensure that the solutions for these business activities follow the defined core model. You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders. In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for an expert to integrate our team.RESPONSIBILITIES :As an Kinaxis Specialist, you are in charge on your functional/technical scope to :

• Ensuring that Kinaxis Project planning/Supply chain planning Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localization
• Supporting Kinaxis Roll-out (worldwide) and ensuring that Core Model is applied
• Ensuring Kinaxis best practice is exercised in process and enhancements
• Delivering Kinaxis Core Model(1 Way of working for all) evolution (Keeping much standard as possible) in accordance with M\xc3\xa9tier strategy
• Interacting with Operations teams (support) by monitoring and validating their activities & providing functional expertise when needed

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SCOPE :Your Functional/Technical scope contains following :

• S&OP
• P&FM(Project forecast management)
• MPS(Master production scheduling)
• Capacity planning
• Supply chain planning Foundation
• Integrated project management (IPM)
• Aerospace & Defense package

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :Education & Work experienceGraduated with an engineering degree, you have more than 6 years of experience in Kinaxis solution/projects.BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES :You are an action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result-oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

• Deep functional knowledge in Kinaxis modules provided below, and experience implementing/working with the same.

• Supply chain planning Foundation
• Integrated project management (IPM)
• Aerospace & Defense package
• Knowledge in integration with SAP.
• Knowledge in Kinaxis scripts, automation etc..
• Rollout or Implementation experience.
• Knowledge on planning tools (Anaplan, Primavera, SAP IBP..) is an advantage
• Language skills: English is a must both spoken and written.
