As Kinaxis RR Solution Design expert you will drive design decisions in line with Kinaxis best practice standards, The purpose is to partner with business and IT customers to propose process optimization and best-fit solution based on business requirements and standard implemented templates, while demonstrating Kinaxis technology. Furthermore, to analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business within the area of Supply Chain Planning/Kinaxis RR. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to . Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with customers. Support and coordinate development of project rationale and perform prioritizing assessments to resolve feasibility of projects . Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will settle estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions. Lead and collaborate with business customers and external service provider partner teams to suggest a high level functional solution . Ensure that relevant customers are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when crafting and deploying new solutions . Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications and testing & validation. Support validation and testing (OQ, PQ, UAT...) . Ensure implemented solutions are according to specifications and fit for purpose. Support Super User training. Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security) . Keep abreast with industry standard methodologies in demonstrating technologies for the business and with regulatory environments / requirements if applicable. Stay on top of the latest developments in Kinaxis RR roadmap and suggest applicability & benefits of potential implementation in Novartis planning processes . Actively drive Kinaxis RR platform management standard processes with system standardization approach. Govern processes, system documentation and solutions in the area of supply chain planning - Kinaxis RR. . Work as Solution Design Expert with Improvement Factory teams, support operations teams with Kinaxis expertise, or drive as Novartis owner the solution design on sophisticated multi-year programs. Take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures Within Service Delivery Scope Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements . 5+ years\' experience with complex Kinaxis RR implementations functional, Solution Design, consultancy, authoring . Kinaxis RR certifications (Production, Supply, Demand Planning, Data Model & Integrations) Strategic planning and big thinking. Agile and entrepreneurial approach. Business processes re-engineering . Ability to collaborate within and across companies, cultures, functions and geographies to lead change and action. Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment. Experience in handling/coordinating teams in matrix organization . Applied Real-Time End to End Supply Chain Management expertise including collaboration, networking, relationship management and technical expertise is a plus. . Business Process Transformation capability is a plus. GxP and CSV is a plus. Exp rience with Agile/SCRUM Project Management methodologies is a plus . Kinaxis Rapid Response - strong functional and technical experience in sophisticated environments . Strong functional and RR analytics knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply & Production Planning, Inventory optimization, Constrained Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). . Kinaxis RR L3 certifications are a plus.
