You will be in close contact with business and other members of the SAP and supply chain planning teams.Our TeamAs Kinaxis Application Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring the application and data interfaces, setup, configuration and testing of supply chain planning processes including demand, supply and integrated business management processes. You will be in close contact with business and other members of the SAP and supply chain planning teams.What You Will Do\xc2\xb7 Perform application support activities on Kinaxis cloud environment.\xc2\xb7 Monitor, drive issue resolution within, and optimize the data synchronization between Kinaxis and SAP ECC6 systems.\xc2\xb7 Provide Tier 2 Help Desk support for end users application issues with Kinaxis application.\xc2\xb7 Develop/ configure workbooks, scorecards, dashboards & alerts in Rapid Response based on user requirements.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain system requirement, configuration and technical design documentation.\xc2\xb7 Authoring knowledge in workbook, worksheet, scripts, scorecard, dashboard, filter and alerts in Rapid Response based on user requirements.\xc2\xb7 Configuration of control table changes, data model, data integration, data source and mapping, IPK / RPK Packages, data change alerts and data transfer client\xc2\xb7 Analyze existing tables/worksheets/datasets and optimize the data that is being pushed into and out of Kinaxis Rapid Response\xc2\xb7 Assist in enhancement, support and maintenance of Kinaxis.\xc2\xb7 Interact and communicate effectively with all technical and functional teams.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications).\xc2\xb7 Minimum experience of 4 - 5 years in supply chain planning\xc2\xb7 Strong experience (2+ years) in working with Kinaxis Rapid Response\xc2\xb7 Minimum Level-1 Author and Admin Certification with Kinaxis\xc2\xb7 Experience configuring solutions in Rapid Response and creating workbooks & reports.\xc2\xb7 Strong debugging skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and time management skills\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of cloud platforms and ETL tools\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience\xc2\xb7 Kinaxis Rapid Response Level 1/2 Author and Admin certification, Cloud platform knowledgeWhat Will Put You Ahead\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Agile/DevOps practicesWho We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
