Job Description
:As Kids Club Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Responsible for all Kids Club Hosts.
- Plan, organize, conduct, supervise and create kids\' activities.
- Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children.
- Ensure Kids Club room and equipment are setup prior to the children\'s arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies.
- Report any health or safety hazards to Room Division Manager.
- Handle emergency cases according to the established policies & procedures, e.g. security and medical care, etc., when required.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
- High school diploma/degree or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 2 years\' experience in a similar hotel operational role.
- Technical skills include MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
