• \xef\x82\xb7 Have experience in a nursery setting, particularly with a background in EYFS or Montessori methods.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Provide exemplary care for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

• \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 years of primary education experience, with a proven record in EYFS.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Cross-cultural work experience.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Proven effectiveness in collaborative work.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Multilingual with C1 competency in spoken and written English.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with technology in teaching and learning.

• \xef\x82\xb7 Successful experience as an IB PYP workshop leader.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with the Indian academic context.
