As such is a unique opportunity for the right person to engage at the outset of this new business and help to drive efficiency, proper management and documentation around a growing asset base. In this New role, the Asset Manager will develop the first revisions of Keystone\'s Asset Management processes while implementing them into the organization. The work pace is not for the timid as the business is rapidly expanding and this role is newly developed. The right candidate will find challenges and rewards as the role and the processes are refined and Key Performance Indicators established and managed to success. The Keystone Asset Manager\'s primary role is to own the NetApp Keystone worldwide deployed asset base and manage it in the delivery of Storage as a Service (STaaS). The Asset Manager will team with Keystone Global Service and Support Center (GSSC), Keystone Engineering Team, Keystone Finance, and outside vendors and Keystone Customers on a regular basis to discuss current asset entitlements and maintenance needs. Keystone Asset Manager will work issues and trends in customer data center environments, go over concerns or suggestions that the customers have, and provide proposals into Operations Management and the NetApp support organization. The Keystone Asset Manager is tasked with development and implementation of the process to re-use NetApp owned materials in the delivery of STaaS. Understand the Keystone STaaS technical offering and use worldwide asset pools to deliver hardware solutions which support the Service SLAs and SLOs. The Keystone Asset Manager analyzes the customers\' existing environment from asset age and supportability perspective to plan for when the environment needs to refresh assets to optimize service delivery. The Asset Manager works with the Keystone Success Manager and Keystone Finance and BU management to ensure that refreshes are done in a manner that is cost effective meets customers\' schedules and technical demands. Service contract entitlement - procurement and maintenance . Licensing entitlement - procurement and maintenance . Teams with Keystone Solution Engineers to develop cost effective solutions . Large installation upgrade and refresh recommendations and planning - project planning . Keystone Business Unit advocate . Process development and improvement in a startup atmosphere Asset management . Maintain a schedule of location of assets to the address and serial number level . Install base data management (SAP) . Lifecycle management reports (EOS and service contract expiry) . Account documentation Proactive support . Service and support contract expirations and renewals . Vendor management . Field alert analysis - Risk and Issue sizing and response . Reporting (KPIs: asset efficiency, cost savings, Install base) Upgrade advice . Release recommendations and bug tracking .
