We have urgent requirement for Footwear - Key Accounts Merchandiser & we are looking for someone with Footwear Industry.

• Building relationships : Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Understanding client needs : Identifying and understanding the needs, preferences, and expectations of clients
• Coordinating with departments : Working with sales, design, advertising, logistics, and other departments to ensure clients receive the right products and services
• Resolving issues : Quickly resolving any issues clients may have with the company
• Communicating : Acting as a channel of communication between clients and internal teams
• Creating reports : Preparing regular reports to stakeholders on the status of client relationships
• Developing strategies : Developing strategies to improve the quality of goods and services, and to up-sell and cross-sell
• Forecasting : Preparing forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
• Generating sales : Researching market trends and generating new sales
• Negotiating contracts : Negotiating contracts with clients
• Managing complaints : Managing complaints and grievances
• Planning events : Planning marketing measures and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
