Job Title: Ecommerce Sales Manager/Key Account ManagerSalary Budget :- 75 K to 85 KLocation: Lower ParelReports to: DirectorPosition Overview:The Amazon Ecommerce Sales Manager/Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the brand\'s presence on Amazon marketplaces worldwide. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability across various international regions.Key Responsibilities: * Global Amazon Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Amazon marketplaces globally.
  • Identify and prioritize key international markets for expansion and growth.
  • Tailor marketing and sales approaches to suit the specific needs of each regional market.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape on Amazon platforms in different regions.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
  • Amazon Account Management:
  • Manage and optimize the brand\'s Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across multiple countries.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized for search, and compliant with Amazon\'s policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Digital Marketing and Advertising:
  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Optimize advertising spend and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate Amazon marketing efforts with broader digital campaigns.
  • Sales Growth and Performance:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for Amazon marketplaces globally.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth, such as promotions, discounts, and deals.
  • Analyze and optimize pricing strategies to remain competitive in each market.
  • Customer Experience and Reviews Management:
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers on Amazon by maintaining high-quality product listings and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Manage and improve the brand\'s customer reviews and ratings by addressing negative feedback and encouraging positive reviews.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery in international markets.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to understand local market needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and financial performance of Amazon sales activities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon\'s policies, international trade regulations, and data privacy laws.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with global eCommerce operations on Amazon.
  • Stay updated on changes in Amazon policies and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, with a focus on Amazon sales.
  • Proven track record of driving Amazon sales growth in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
