Driving Biologics as a therapy area in the RCR and work growing SNN Market share in the overall shoulder segment.Working with insurance companies to help build access to therapy Establishing the strategy to build long-term relationship with the Key Accounts of Smith and Nephew for the assigned area/zone.Implementing sustainable action plans to establish Smith and Nephew as a Brand among the Key Accounts that will contribute to the high growth opportunitiesDriving differentiation as a category of biologics Managing the account with a 360 Deg approachWorking with the counsellors to build patient confidence in therapyIdentifying right patients\' category with the surgeons focusing on the right indications Developing strong relationships at the key customer accounts to build a strong partnership for expanding the business opportunities across all divisions.Developing and implement an account plan to grow the revenues at the account above market averageDelivering on revenues on the Annual Sales Plan in line with Sales budget defined Monitoring product mix performance & implement corrective measures where necessaryBe accountable for the commercial performance & growth in share of wallet of the Focus account Working with the BU sales teams to manage price / performance matrix and optimize & capture price where possibleProducing monthly prospect pipeline & forecast Collaborating with Service Manager to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer careWhat will you need to be successful?Successful candidates would need the following:Graduate preferably in Science/Post Graduation preferredLicenses/ Certifications: Optional, but good to haveOverall 15+ years experience / 5-7 years in Key Account ManagementDriven and result oriented approachStrong communication, interpersonal skillStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skillsTravel Requirements:
