Role Description
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts in general trade, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service and analyzing account performance.
Responsibilities
• Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and store managers within the General Trade channel to drive sales.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and other agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within key accounts. This requires a strong distribution/dealer network to expand distribution channels and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account performance.
• Visit stores to drive hygiene for stock and better display of product.
Preferred candidate profile
• Account Management and Key Accounts in Modern Trade.
• Customer Service and Relationship Management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the FMCG, Dairy or Food and Beverage industries is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
