CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
\xc2\xa7 Development & performance of sales strategies of specific brands in the assigned market
\xc2\xa7 Plan and consistently achieve patients on therapy, unit targets and value targets \xc2\xa7 Ensure customer coverage / KOL development in assigned territory as per plan
\xc2\xa7 Execute / initiate compliant medico marketing activities
\xc2\xa7 Manage distribution channel and monitor services to all stakeholders
\xc2\xa7 Proactively plan and execute immediate and medium-term plans for the business in his/her region
\xc2\xa7 Record and report all market intelligence to HO
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience
\xc2\xa7 2+ years in gastroenterology / other specialty segment is desirable Required Qualification
\xc2\xa7 B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. candidates preferred. Other graduates with management
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
A consistent record of achieving Pharmaceuticals sales objectives
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with KOLs and thought leaders
