Brand AXL is a leading manufacturer specializing in server solutions, proudly contributing to India's 'Make in India' initiative. We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Key Account Managers to oversee and nurture relationships with approximately 5,200 government accounts across various organizational sizes. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our server solutions, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving business growth within the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Create and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the government sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling of server solutions.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to government clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our server solutions.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client satisfaction to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the government sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of server solutions and IT infrastructure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the server manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.

Fluency in English.
