Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1)Program Management:>Lead and manage sales programs and projects from initiation through to completion.>Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.>Monitor and manage the execution of sales programs, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.>Identify risks and obstacles to program success, proactively addressing and resolving them.

2)Cross-Functional Collaboration:>Work closely with sales leaders, product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align sales programs with broader business objectives.>Coordinate with regional sales teams to implement program strategies and ensure consistent execution across geographies.

3)Sales Process Optimization:>Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.>Implement best practices in sales enablement and performance tracking, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary resources and support.>Work with sales leadership to optimize lead management, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.

4)Reporting & Analysis:>Analyze program performance data and sales metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.>Prepare and present reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

5)Sales Enablement & Training:>Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop training materials and programs that help sales teams effectively sell new products and services.>Ensure the sales team is well-equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to execute sales strategies.

6)Change Management:>Lead change management efforts related to new sales programs or processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by sales teams.>Ensure clear communication and understanding of program goals, timelines, and expectations across all levels of the sales organization.

7)Program Budget & Resource Management:>Manage budgets for sales programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.>Track expenditures and manage resources to stay within budget.
