Job Title - Key Account ManagerRoles & Responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city with a good micro-market understanding
  • Recognize top-focused projects and develop good relationships with the developers\' team
  • Identifying Valued Channel Partners who majorly deal in the focused projects
  • Work on developing a robust network with these Channel Partners, give them a better understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them
  • Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure
  • Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure stickiness.
  • Be excited to go on the field, go on the sites, and meet more and more Channel partners

Requirements
  • Any Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
  • Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth record
  • CTC - 5 LPA to 7 LPA
  • Location Thane, Mira Road, Borival, kandivali (Only Mumbai Based)
  • No Outstation candidate will be preferred
