Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets in the Mumbai region.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.- Understand client requirements and align company products and services to meet their needs effectively.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company\'s footprint within the region.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.- Prepare regular reports and updates on account activities, sales performance, and revenue forecasts.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure sales, software and hardware sales, and cloud/SaaS sales.- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.- Knowledge of the IT industry landscape, including market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
