Who are we looking for?A Key Account Manager is responsible for handling client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company\'s income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Resolve customers\' complaints in an effective and respectful way.- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships.- Goal-oriented, organized team player.- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills.- Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Self-motivated and self-directed- Experience in handling key accounts.Responsibilities :- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.- They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client\'s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.- Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.- Will be responsible for complete handholding with customer till the revenue realization.You can drop your CV (ref:updazz.com)
