Location : GurgaonSalary : INR 2 million (annual base & annual allowance)Reports to : Sales Manager, Healthful Solutions, IndiaWorkplace type: HybridThe Key Account Manager is responsible for handling Sales and marketing of categories like Sauces, Salad dressings, Soups, Bakery and Confectionery.Your role will be responsible for:

  • Sales and business development across PAN India for the categories like Salad dressings, Sauces, Soups, Bakery and Confectionery.
  • Coordinate with technical team and business development team in order to increase the customer base and also generate new projects that has potential in across platforms like SBT, C&S, PBP, FS and SRSS.
  • Coordinating with new prospects and developing new business, Price decision and negotiation, would be key responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with technical team to develop prototypes to show to customers during customer visits, addressing any technical queries.
  • Collaborating with Business development team to work on new trends and new concepts that are regionally driven for better business.
  • Key account Management, Pricing management & margin management
  • Coordinating with Supply chain team and customer service team to ensure more than 95% OTIF to customers.
  • Maintaining customers and developing new customer base in the categories that are handled would be sole responsibility of this salesperson.
  • Distribution management \xe2\x80\x93 Manages and trains the go-to-market team in application specific areas as needed to reach maximum self-sufficiency in selling our solutions and expand customer base.
The position is well suited for you if you have
  • Degree \xe2\x80\x93 Post Grade in Food Science or Technology.
  • Work experience \xe2\x80\x93 7 years of Industrial experience specifically in Ingredient sales.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Experience in Food system, modified starch selling experience is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Technical and Sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Good presentation skills.
