Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. This role involves understanding the client's strategic goals, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored solutions. The KAM serves as the primary point of contact for key accounts and works collaboratively with internal teams to deliver results that align with both the client's needs and the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for all client-related communication.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to provide strategic support.
• Account Growth & Revenue Generation:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Provide client feedback to internal teams for product/service improvement.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Monitor account performance metrics and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present detailed account status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Market & Industry Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes.
• Use market insights to develop innovative strategies that address client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Key Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
• Time management and organizational skills.
