Company: One of the fastest growing HCM software provider.Role: Key Account ManagerLocation : Mumbai/ DelhiExperience: 3- 12 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Understand client objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their needs.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention and expansion.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to enhance client value.
• Collaborate with Sales counterparts to prepare and present compelling proposals for upselling opportunities.
• Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
• Gather feedback from clients on product performance, service delivery, and overall satisfaction.
• Act as a resource for clients, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts, tracking progress against goals.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, including revenue forecasts, client satisfaction metrics, and action plans.
• Background in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions, with domain expertise will be considered as an advantage.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Share insights and best practices across departments to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.
