Position: Key Accounts Manager Location : Kurnool & Hubli Exp: 5+ Years Qualification : Any Graduate Job Responsibilities: Implement company\'s strategies and plans for the Key Accounts in the territory, to meet/exceed sales revenue targets. Visit them at agreed frequencies to manage the accounts better. Regularly do strategic planning to improve share of wallet at each Key Account. Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned Key Accounts; Negotiate mutually Win-Win contracts and progress business results. Closely review MPA achievements and take up corrective actions with regular dialogue with those below the norms. Engage with Clients to help them maximize returns on the RR/PRR placements. Being the SPOC for the Client, work with all relevant internal departments (such as SH (sales head) for KAM, Mispacare, Marketing, Finance, Logistics etc.) to resolve issues / complaints if any. Provide monthly inputs to Planning and Manufacturing via SH-KAM Ensure prompt collections; keep debtor days under control.
