We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team and drive the topline, customer retention and growth of our business. You will be handling and nurturing relationships with our clients, which are leading fashion brands and platforms across the globe, to ensure higher LTV and CSAT. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Possessing deep understanding of the products and product development lifecycle in activewear, lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear and shapewear categories to be able to sell, cross sell, upsell and manage client expectations.
2. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Creating daily reports, communication processes and updating clients on key milestones
4. Coming up with ways to ensure on time payments and to minimise receivables at any point of time
5. Proactively identifying opportunities for repeat business and upsell products to existing clients.
6. Creating category and geography specific GTM and sales strategy to reduce sales funnel drop offs and improve conversion timelines
7. Becoming evangelist for Thimblerr on various digital and offline forums
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and logistics, to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Fashion industry, Business Administration, marketing or a related field (preferred).
2. 4+ years of experience in client relationship management and account management in an export house, buying office or in the B2B apparel sector.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English both written and verbal.
4. Ability to analyse sales data and prepare sales reports.
5. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
