Job Title: Key Account Manager - POS (Point of Sale) Location: Chandigarh Department: Sales Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management: o Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure continuity and loyalty. o Design and deliver customized POS solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the insurance sector. Sales Strategy and Execution: o Develop strategic sales plans that leverage local market insights to drive growth and market share in the Chandigarh region. o Regularly engage with clients to align the POS features with their evolving business strategies. Performance Optimization: o Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of POS transactions, utilizing local market data to make strategic improvements. o Liaise with technical staff to ensure the POS system remains cutting-edge and operationally superior. Cross-functional Collaboration: o Synchronize efforts with various teams (marketing, tech, product development) to ensure that POS solutions are fully integrated with wider business goals. o Utilize feedback from clients to push for product improvements and adaptation to local market trends. Training and Support: o Provide comprehensive training to clients on the latest POS features and best practices. o Ensure that client issues with POS systems are promptly resolved, maintaining highest levels of client satisfaction. Compliance and Best Practices: o Adhere strictly to regional guidelines and regulations concerning POS systems in the insurance industry. o Proactively suggest and incorporate best practices in account management and POS operations to keep pace with regional competitors. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. Experience Level: Minimum 3 years\' experience in key account management, preferably within the insurance or financial sectors. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of POS systems and CRM platforms, with keen awareness of regulatory environments in insurance. Communication Skills: Robust negotiation and communication abilities, coupled with superior presentation skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities; adept at operating under pressure. Desired Competencies: Client-Centric: Committed to understanding and fulfilling client needs. Market Insight: Deep understanding of Chandigarh\'s local market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
