Positions: Manager - 1 position Officer - 1 position Responsibilities Account Management & Service Delivery Liaison with the client to develop new mandates and deliver existing mandates at the client in the best way possible. Network with various stakeholders at the client office to get a better understanding of the pulse and possible feedback from the client. Document and prepare a catalogue with a list of all the materials, timings and schedule for their audit and inspection. Coordinate with the officer and customer to go to the client site to see and inspect the specific materials. Coordinate with the Business Unit Kolkata team to drive the auction and its proceedings to ensure minimal glitches. Ensure and share the H1 (Highest Bidder) report with the client and discuss prices for each product sold involving own team. Ensure and seek approval on all the auction prices, finalize the report. Ensure and prepare and provide a confirmation report to for further processing of the auction operations to the team. Coordinate to ensure payment from the customer against the material as per the bid price, delivery to the customer with help from mjunction as well as the client. In case of outstanding payments, connect with relevant stakeholders to recover the same. Procure lifting details from the client or Business Unit Team to include in the invoice, generate invoice and submit to the client for payment. Drive collection of payments as per the agreed timelines to ensure healthy working capital management. Liaison with the client and customer to conduct seamless operations with minimal escalations, nurture good relationships and networks. Connect with the client to convince them to add additional services in their portfolio to help increase the size and revenue of the business conducted. Satisfy the client by attending periodic review meetings as per the charter, help solve escalations and any other problems within the stipulated timelines. Ensure raising timely Credit Note (CN) to avoid any financial loss to the organization. CANDIDATE PROFILE: 9-11 years of experience in business development, management and strategic roles across companies of a similar size and nature for Manager role 4-8 years of experience for Officer role Strong Communication- written and oral, networking and problem-solving abilities. Adequate knowledge of Steel Business (Flat & Long Product) and by-products of Steel Company.
