DESCRIPTIONAs a Key Account Manager specializing in supplier relations for ads, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with sellers, driving ads revenue, and ensuring that performance goals are met. This role involves continuous interaction with sellers, ensuring they understand their ad performance, optimizing budget utilization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize results.Key job responsibilities
1. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with sellers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries related to ads performance and strategy.
2. Revenue Accountability:
- Be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned ads revenue targets.
- Analyze seller performance metrics and recommend actionable strategies to optimize revenue.
3. Seller Engagement & Education:
- Engage with sellers on a daily basis to provide insights into their ad performance.
- Explain performance metrics, optimization strategies, and ad effectiveness.
- Educate sellers on best practices to maximize their ad campaigns.
4. Budget Utilization & Optimization:
- Work with sellers to ensure optimal utilization of their ad budgets.
- Provide guidance on budget adjustments and allocation to drive better ROI.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure seamless seller experience.
- Partner with internal teams such as product, analytics, and marketing to ensure consistent seller support and alignment on advertising strategies.About the team
GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that allows sellers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad has been recently acquired by Amazon. We target to grow 50x in next 3 years. This is an unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship."BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years experience in account management, sales, or advertising (experience with e-commerce or digital ads preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence sellers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to seller needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
