Uniserve is a service outsourcing firm catering to clients across the globe and experienced in outsourcing services to ed tech, IOT, Insurance, Travel, Software dev, Website designing, Marketing and other interesting domains.Job Summary:Uniserve is seeking experienced Key Account Managers (KAMs) to oversee and manage relationships with our key corporate clients across various industries. As a KAM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our outsourcing services.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the features and benefits of our IoT products.
  • Proactively generate leads and identify sales opportunities for IoT-based waterflow meters in the Indian territory through targeted calling campaigns and prospecting activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Understand the unique business needs and objectives of each client, and develop tailored solutions to meet their outsourcing requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client performance, account activities, and revenue forecasts to management.
Job Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the outsourcing or services industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and account management principles, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the Indian territory, with a focus on selling SaaS platforms or IoT products.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and techniques, with experience selling to industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, and real estate.
  • Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as required.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
