Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they are happy with our services.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to key clients.
• Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any questions or concerns they have.
• Sales Targets: Work to meet or exceed sales goals by managing key client accounts.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance and client feedback to management.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
• Contract Management: Assist in renewing contracts and negotiating terms with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with sales targets and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of invoicing, payments, and budgets is a plus.
