Job Summary:

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients in the recruitment consultancy sector. This role involves understanding clients' recruitment needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client business objectives and recruitment needs.
• Recruitment Solutions:
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
• Provide customized recruitment solutions and strategies.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Sales and Account Growth:
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling recruitment services.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Negotiate and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Client Support and Satisfaction:
• Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement measures to enhance client experience and retention.
• Market and Industry Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Provide clients with insights and advice on recruitment best practices and trends.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
