Job Title: Key Account Executive (Logistics)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key logistics clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the effective execution of logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

? Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

? Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions that meet client needs.

? Monitor account performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

? Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for account growth and optimization.

? Prepare and present reports on account status, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
