Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and businesses in the Pune region who
can benefit from PiE KART's shared delivery services. Conduct market research and
gather relevant data to identify new leads.
2. Tele-calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing PiE KART's services, and
explaining the benefits of our shared logistics solution. Initiate conversations with
potential clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through
regular follow-up calls and personalized communication. Address their queries and
concerns, providing prompt and helpful responses.
4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing qualified leads and timely updates
on potential opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective
strategies for lead conversion.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tele-calling
activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Ensure that data is
organized, comprehensive, and readily accessible for analysis.
6. Targets and Reporting: Meet daily and monthly targets for the number of calls made,
leads generated, and conversions achieved. Provide regular reports on tele-calling
performance and progress.
7. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from existing clients and prospects to
understand their needs and preferences. Share customer insights with the team to
enhance service offerings and customer experiences.
8. Positive Attitude: Embrace the hustle culture and be open to taking initiatives to
contribute to the growth of PiE KART. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
are essential for excelling in this role.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
