Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible for data management activities.The Process Specialist position is accountable for ensuring the efficient execution of activities within the R2R workstream processes. A pivotal aspect of this role involves facilitating the successful deployment and user acceptance of S4 HANA by focusing on localization design, pre-deployment readiness, process documentation, and training initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Pre-deployment Readiness & Localization Design

• Participate in localization design workshops to comprehend business requirements and ensure alignment with regional needs.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on process expertise and user insights.
• Assess the impact of parallel projects and conduct architecture analysis.

Deployment Support:

• Utilize process expertise to conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for internal staff and key users.
• Assist in final dress rehearsals and cutover activities to ensure a seamless system launch and data migration.

Process Documentation:

• Collaborate with BPR teams to update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documents to reflect ERP system changes.
• Ensure the clarity and effectiveness of documentation guiding users through new processes and functionalities.
• Prepare URD in line with business requirements and technical feasibility.

Deliverables:Active participation in localization workshops and documented contributions to design decisions. Comprehensive analysis reports of the KONE Way process adoption. Change impact assessment reports with mitigation strategies. Delivery of effective training and support for end-users during system deployment. Updated SOPs and process documents reflecting new system functionalities.Are you the one?

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R2R process and other financial process
• Minimum 3 years hands on Experience with S4/HANA systems implementation especially Record to report process.
• Deep understanding of data migration concepts, methodology, design, implement the data extraction and Hands on Experience with data migration from ECC system to S4/HANA.
• Experience in developing / conducting trainings and preparing process documentations, SOPs, URD and technical guides.
• Strong project management and Change management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail and accuracy.
