Job Description


Roles and Responsibility:

  • Adequate knowledge on the process activities across business function. Including Review of balance sheet schedules and ensuring integrity of all the reported numbers.
  • Keen analysis with a distinction of reviewing, investigating and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries & documents that leads to transparency in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the management team with required reports as part of service management calls.
  • Sharing best practices and obtaining scope, explaining process gap to unit and providing solution to bridge the same.
  • Playing Quality Specialist role, assisting management with error tracker analysis report and supporting operations team to improve their quality by providing deep dive analysis.
  • Skilled in handling audit assignments, explaining the process, providing inputs required, coordinating queries and successfully completing audits within agreed timeframe..
  • Responsibility for Budget/Forecast updation at Beacon level for KBS
  • Responsible for testing and implementation of new process, documentation, URD preparation and sign-off
  • Establish good rapport with stakeholders.
  • Earlier, Responsible for Service delivery of month end closing tasks and reporting for units also meeting ISC KPI\xe2\x80\x99s with high standards (FTR, SLA, Attrition).
