Shall be responsible to :
1. Ensure talent pipeline is always ready to support all Org functions
2. Exceptional talent acquisitions across the verticals.
3. Lead and develop the HR function from ground up, owning the responsibilities of all HR functional areas
4. Set up all HR functions from Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Ops, Performance Management, Training and Development, etc.
5. Compensation and Benefits
6. Skill sets mapping and upskilling programme development.
7. Employees great experience and employer branding
