Job Description

L.D. Matru Chhaya English Medium School is seeking an experienced and energetic Karate Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about martial arts and dedicated to teaching students of all ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will lead karate classes, promote discipline and respect, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement karate training programs suitable for school-age children.
• Teach karate techniques, self-defense skills, and the philosophies of martial arts.
• Prepare students for competitions and belt advancement tests.
• Enforce all safety protocols within the classroom and during practice sessions.
• Work closely with school staff to integrate karate programs with other physical education activities.
• Organize, promote, and participate in school events and demonstrations.
• Maintain student records and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Certified Karate Instructor with a minimum of 1 years teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to teach and mentor children.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Background in working with diverse student groups.
