:Customer Development : 65%- Identify pipeline of leads/customers in the hotels, offices, cafes/restaurants segment that fit Cohoma\'s profile (Pan-India) and ensure conversion.- Outreach and meetings with clients to understand needs and deliver an appropriate, tailored, commercial solutions (coffee, equipment, and experiences).- Conduct demos as required- Build institutional, long-term supply partnerships Customer Retention : 35%- Ensuring clients on-boarded convert to contractual long-term customers by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.- Expanding customer portfolio by adding products and service lines- Building Cohoma\'s presence in customer locations via appropriate co- branding and other visual merchandizing solutions.Critical Skills Required :- Min 5 Years\' relevant sales experience in caf and hospitality sales (required)- Coffee industry experience (preferred)- Working knowledge of coffee including operation of semi-automatic coffee machines (preferred)- Strong communication and conversational skills (interpersonal skills) + structured written communication (email) (required)- Proven track record of sales/target achievement in acquiring and retaining new customers (required)- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint- Analytical, logical thinker- Start-up Orientation : This job involves work both in office and making field visits.
