Job Description
- Responsible for handling 6 - 10 branches, operating activities within his region, including setting up branches, ensuring the process adherence, meeting the business targets.- The Regional Manager is the business leader of his region, who will be -handling 6-10 branches-, and is responsible for operating activities within his region, including setting up branches, ensuring the process adherence, meeting the business targets, managing risks of the loan portfolio, recruitment, and training of staff, reporting to Regional Manager.- He will be the leader of particular Region for the company.- In charge of formulating the business plan of the Regional and the entire responsibility for delivering on the business plan.- He will be the owner of the field process in the Region and also the risk manager of the Region and should ensure proper monitoring and control to manage business .Experience : 4+ years in (Chit Fund , Agency Sales, Insurance will be added advantage)Education : GraduationCTC : As per the Market Standards + IncentivesLocation : Bangalore , Mysore , Tumkur, Bangalore Rural (ref:updazz.com)
