Job Title: Kannada Telecaller Gold Loan ProcessLocation: 1000 Lights, Chennai.Job Type: Full-time Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and professional Kannada-speaking Telecaller to join our team for the gold loan process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their loan requirements, and guiding them through the gold loan process in Kannada. The role involves interacting with customers to ensure a smooth loan process and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Kannada.
  • Explain the details of the gold loan process, including eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and loan disbursement procedures.
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits of gold loans.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about loan terms and conditions.
Lead Generation:
  • Generate potential leads and set appointments for the sales team by identifying opportunities through calls.
  • Follow up on leads to close the loan process.
Documentation Support:
  • Assist customers with the necessary documentation and explain the verification process.
  • Ensure that all documents are complete and processed in a timely manner.
Customer Queries:
  • Address customer queries and concerns regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and other related matters.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain Records:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan-related activities in the CRM system.
  • Update the database with relevant information after each call.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the branch team to ensure loan processing is handled efficiently and smoothly.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service and streamline the loan application process.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, especially in the financial services or gold loan sector, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that all client information and loan documents are accurately processed.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues or objections from clients efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications like MS Office is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and age should be less than 32.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially in telecalling, is desirable.
